To understand who we are & what drives us we have to dig a little deeper. We are a young startup, a global team & a crew of people from various backgrounds. We do a lot of things & love to innovate but what brings us together is a joint philosophy.

We want to live in a world where everyone loves to experiment with & design their own life's journey in order to fulfill your highest potential & lead your best life.
We ask why first
The most important ingredient of what we do is why we do it. We can have a million ideas to make this world a better place but what really counts is that we understand our burning, our passion & to spend a lot of time understanding, deep diving & questioning this burning before we even think about ideas, solutions, products or services.
Our burning is what carries us through the tough moments, through what might look like a failure but could be the next learning. It doesn’t let us get attached to ideas but binds us to a cause that is so much bigger than any idea could ever be.
That’s why we always ask ourselves why first & this is where we started.
Mission
We are creating ecosystems where people enjoy life experiments & that make it easy to become your best self. We are doing that by creating spaces, homes & events for all of us.
Our Values
After we know our why knowing how we approach things gives us a compass. Our how are our values which navigate us through our everyday struggle & help us when decision seems tough. They are our North Star, an orientation point, for the small to the big things and help us choose the right partners for our journey.
Oxygen
Oxygen is our energy source - any kind of new input that sparks curiosity or shifts our perspective. It gives us AHA moments, breathing space for new ideas & can be the start of a domino effect.
Energy
Already Einstein knew: everything is energy. Whatever we do has an impact & we have the responsibility to make it count. That’s why we choose carefully where to focus & channel our energy.
Holistic
We think in ecosystems. We believe in symbiotic relationships & approach things holistically. Diversity is the oxygen for our community.
Unpolished
We champion the unconventional. The unpolished. The misfits. Where others might see craziness, we see genius. The beauty lies in the imperfections.
Dream do’ers
We have our head in the clouds & our feet on the ground. We have crazy ideas & get our hands dirty to make them happen together with anyone who is crazy enough to join us.
