+ Cleaning frequencies

We ensure high standard cleaning methods are implemented: disinfection of all surfaces, including our Pixel Box furniture, Magic Notes, Neuland Markers, handles, etc. These are all cleaned before and after each booking.

+ Protection from COVID-19

We have installed hygienic devices to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout our space.
→ Hand disinfectant dispensers are conveniently located near our bathroom and entrance for all guests.
→ Paper towels and soaps are also available on our kitchen counter and bathroom.
→ Our Digital Temperature Scan is also used in all our events & available upon request for your booking. It is measuring your body temperature & denies access to everyone with a temperature above 37.5°C.

+ Wear a Mask

Masks are barriers that help avoid and reduce your respiratory droplets from reaching other people when worn. It serves as a protection for you and the people around you.

+ Physical Distancing

The purpose of this measure is to secure a safe distance of 1.5 metre from each other to reduce contact and avoid crowding so aerosols mix less.

+ Keep Hands Clean

Hand hygiene also helps battling COVID-19; by washing your hands for 20-30 seconds you will be able to almost completely eliminate germs. You can also protect yourself by using hand disinfectants for additional defense against the virus.

+ Flexible Furniture

Our Pixel Boxes by Bene® makes it super easy to make your setup fit current regulations. With this, the 1.5 metre distance is applicable in any setting. For events, seating can be arranged in a checkerboard pattern or adjusted to your concept.

+ Mobile Room Separators

In relation to the measures of social and physical distancing, we also have mobile room separators as an alternative, e.g. if minimum distance cannot contained within our spaces.

+ Natural Filter

Our space is filled with assorted plants that don't just look good but also are the best air-purifying plants. Three of these plants are Philodendron scandens, Schefflera arboricola, and Scindapsus aureum that are most effective for reducing air pollution / to remove harmful chemicals from the air, and the leaves of Schefflera arboricola constantly release fresh oxygen.

+ 2G-PLUS Rule

In our space & for our events the 2G-PLUS rule applies. This means only fully vaccinated or recovered persons who can also present the negative test result of a rapid antigen test (24h) or a PCR test (48h) are admitted. For persons with booster vaccination, the additional testing requirement for 2G-Plus does not apply. For that we advise that our clients prepare all the following documents and procedures:
→ For your proof of vaccination, you will need to present your digital EU-vaccination certificate via QR code.
→ Recovery status from COVID-19 needs to be proofed by providing a positive PCR test which is at least 28 days and a maximum of 90 days (approx. 3 months) old. The Covid-19 certificate proof can be in paper form (e.g. by a pharmacy) or digital proof (through Corona- Warn - App, the CovPass- App, or the Luca-App).

+ Frequent updates regarding federal health guidelines

We are constantly monitoring updates and taking action based on the recommendations of the National Government, the World Health Organization (WHO), Robert Koch Institute (RKI) and the local authorities. We will continuously update our page for any immediate guidelines as necessary.
