By Yanna Solace Adofina
Heaven on seven! We've got another lifelab x StadtGesichter collaboration in store for you, as we bring the Cologne's up-and-coming talents on your screens. Here we go with Volume 7!
Here are some quick links from the night's event:
Opening this month's event is resident mix maven DJ Hany bringing out killer beats to hype up our virtual audience all throughout this evening.
StadtGesichter lead and emcee Soleil Ndongala once again takes up the hosting responsibilities, as he introduces each artist and chalks up a casual conversation after every performance.
First up is the skills and flows duo Heliocopta & Tuxho Beats. Formerly releasing mixtape tracks under the brotherhood collective Peti Free, they have been turning heads in the hip-hop scene. They have shared the stage with the likes of Ghostface Killah, Method Man, and Mobb Deep. The highly influential and King of German rap Kool Savas has given them a stamp of approval, as he recommends their tracks to others.

Next up is tonsorial genius, Lenti Kravitz ---- best known as the masterful legend behind Cut by Lenti. Starting out as a mobile hairdresser from open air festival and backstage areas, Lenti is gradually garnering fame for his hairscaping skills from well-known performers in and out of the country.
Third on our line-up tonight is German-American rapper Abija. Influenced by '90s greats such as 2pac, Notorious B.I.G, Stevie Wonder, Prince, and Michael Jackson, Abija was able to pen his first lyrics at the age of 10, and produce his own beats and songs three years later. The self-taught musician is also skilled with several instruments such as the piano, guitar, and the banjo. His mix of rap and vocals has also helped him amass a huge TikTok following --- 384,000 followers as of this writing.
Last but definitely not the least is the young crooner Ducky T. The 19-year-old has been leading a youth theater group for quite some time, after having the taste of acting in a musical at the young age of 14. However his love for music has won over, leading him to audition for The Voice of Germany Season 10 --- even reaching the battle rounds under Team Samu and Rea. We have much to look forward to this musical progeny, as he hopes to study Jazz Music at the Hochshule für Musik und Tanz in Cologne.
Capping off the event, Soleil thanked our viewers and acknowledged the sponsors for their generous donations.
You know the drill ---- we'll see you again next month for another fantastic episode showcasing the best talents on this side of Cologne! Be there or be square!
